Nicole Meguiar’s vision for the Benedict Castle Concours Car Show was to gather amazing cars from all genres, with the best cars at the venue being awarded trophies. “Concours” is French for “competition” and many exhibitors choose to compete for trophies. Yet, we don’t do judging like other “concours” with typical 100pt formulæ. We’ve adopted an approach that allows us to award both standardized excellence and uniqueness, without exclusions occurring due to best cars being in the same category.
Entries that select “Judged Vehicle Entry” will be candidates for all trophies. Entrants that select “Exhibition Vehicle Entry,” will not be judged, but may still be candidates for select specialty trophies.
We have a maximum of 300 entries to allow ample space for vehicles to be displayed. All entries will be considered, and an accept/decline email will be sent to entrants well in advance of the show.
A vehicle that has received a trophy from Benedict Castle Concours within the past three years is not a trophy candidate for the 2026 show.
For 2026, at a minimum, we are awarding the following trophies:
